Keep the original artwork. For exact vector shapes or print production, retain the original vector file rather than replacing it with a processed PNG.
How to remove a logo background

Check the details that identify your logo
A result can look clean from a distance while losing small parts of the mark. Inspect it at the actual display size and zoom in on any suspicious edges.
Small text and taglines

Letter openings and gaps
Check spaces inside letters such as O or P, and between separate shapes. Background can remain trapped there, or intentional artwork can be removed.

There is no manual repair control here. If details are missing, try a clearer source or correct the mask in an image editor. Enlarging the result will not recreate erased letters.

A logo on a new solid background
Use Change Background Color when you want a specific background color. Renaming the PNG to JPG does not convert it; converting to JPG will remove transparency.
Adding a logo to a photo
After checking the transparent PNG, use it as a logo overlay in Watermark Maker. Review the mark against the actual photo; remaining fringes or missing strokes can become more visible on a different background.

Logo background removal questions
An image viewer may show white or a checkerboard behind transparent pixels. Place the PNG over another color to check. If a checkerboard was already part of the uploaded image's pixels, it is actual artwork and may remain after processing.
Usually you can use the original transparent PNG or SVG directly. Check it over another color first. Running background removal again can change edges or remove details you wanted to keep.
The download is a static PNG, including when the input is SVG. This tool does not trace a bitmap into vectors or preserve editable SVG paths and text. Keep the original vector artwork when you need scalable shapes or exact print assets.
