3. Data Retention and Deletion
Conversion files
- Uploaded files and generated output files may be stored temporarily so we can process the job and return the result to you.
- These files are deleted by our scheduled cleanup process.
- We aim to delete conversion files within 24 hours, and they are not kept longer than 24 hours.
Other data
- Support messages and operational logs may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to run the service, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
- When we no longer need this information for those purposes, we delete it or anonymize it where practical.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and operational measures to protect the service and the data we handle. However, no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
If you are working with highly sensitive files, review this policy carefully before uploading them.
