No. The controls use 90° steps: 0°, 90°, 180° and 270°. There is no custom-angle, horizon-straightening or perspective control.

Rotate, flip or mirror the picture
Rotation turns the entire picture. A flip reverses it along an axis. The flip descriptions below assume no rotation is active.
Rotate clockwise or counterclockwise
Each click turns the image 90°. Two clicks turn it 180°. A 90° or 270° turn swaps width and height.
Flip horizontally
Mirrors left and right. Text and logos are mirrored too. Click again to turn this flip off.
Flip vertically
Reverses top and bottom. Click again to turn this flip off.
Reset
Returns rotation to 0° and disables both flips. It does not replace the source file.

When rotation and a flip are both active, the flip applies along the original image's axes before rotation. The order in which you click the buttons does not change that processing order.
How to rotate or flip an image

Select the source picture
Choose one file up to 20 MB. The picker accepts JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, AVIF, BMP and TIFF. Use an image the browser can display so you can check the preview.

Adjust orientation
Use the turn and flip buttons. Check faces, text and the new dimensions; combine controls only when the preview matches your intended direction.

Export and download
Choose PNG, JPG or WebP, then click Export. The server processes the already uploaded original. Download the completed result from the task list.
Check the exported format and dimensions
The output must be no larger than 8,192 px on either side. This page rotates or flips; it has no resize or crop control.
PNG — default
Can retain existing transparency. No quality selector is shown.
JPG
Transparent areas become white. Quality options are “Strong compression”, “Moderate compression”, “Balanced”, “High quality” and “Highest quality”, with “High quality” selected initially.
WebP
Can retain existing transparency and has the same quality options. This page uses lossy WebP encoding.

JPG and WebP “Highest quality” are not lossless modes. All outputs are re-encoded and omit original metadata; this is not a lossless JPEG rotation workflow.
Prepare the next version of your picture
Keep the source file so you can make a fresh copy if the orientation or format needs changing.
Correct a sideways photo or scan
Turn it until the content is upright. If you also need smaller pixel dimensions, use Image Resizer after exporting.
Mirror a picture or adjust the framing
Use a horizontal flip for a left-right mirror, checking any text it reverses. To remove unwanted edges, use Image Cropper.
The preview updates locally before export. Download completed files promptly; uploads and generated results follow the service's temporary-file cleanup.
Image rotation questions
No. Only the first frame becomes a static PNG, JPG or WebP. The source preview may continue playing, so the exported frame can differ from the moment shown in the preview.
A listed input format is not a guarantee that the browser can display it. For TIFF, some AVIF files or unreadable images, try exporting PNG or JPG in a compatible app first. HEIC is not an input option here; use HEIC to JPG first.
